This shake is a low fat healthy vegan. Almond mango shake is again an easy healthy recipe of almond and mangoes. If you are fed up of drinking buttermilk, lassi, nimbu shikanji etc in summer than try this shake and beat the summer heat.

Description: It’s very easy to make this shake just blend mangoes with the almond and it’s done. The flavor of green cardamom increases the aroma. There are several types of mangoes available in the market one can use according to their choice. I have used Alphonso mango here. Kesar mango can also be used. Just follow the steps and the shake is ready.

Ingredients for almond mango shake:-

  • Alphonso mangoes- 3 pieces
  • Almond:- 12-15 pieces
  • Sugar as required
  • Green cardamom powder-¼ tsp
  • Milk:- ½ cup (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnishing.

Method of almond mango shake:-

  • Wash, peel and cut the mango in pieces
  • Put mangoes, almond and sugar and green cardamom powder in a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Hand blender can also be used to blend.
  • If milk is used add it along with all ingredients and blend it.

  • Pour the shake in a long glass or mug.
  • Garnish with pieces of mango and mint leaves.

Remarks:-

  • Time of preparation is 10 minutes.
  • Serves 2 people.
  • To make the shake thin more milk can be added.
